Do you provide estimates?

Yes, I will be happy to provide you with a non-binding cost estimate. I will not, however, do quoted price jobs.

If a job only takes X minutes, do I still have to pay the two hour minimum for onsite service?

Yes. However, I will be happy to assist you with any other issues or questions you may have in the remaining time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash (of course), local checks from current customers, and all major credit cards.

Do you service Macs?

Yes, I provide wireless network, data recovery services, hard drive replacement, and upgrades for Mac desktops and notebooks.Click edit button to change this text.

I don’t live within your service area, will you still come to me?

Generally, no. However exceptions can be made for larger jobs.

What areas of Los Angeles do you service?

Glendale, Pasadena, Burbank, Los Angeles, Northridge, Chatsworth, Hollywood, North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Valley Vilage, Van Nuys, Culver City, Santa Monica, Venice, West Hollywood and Beverly Hills.

Why do I need an appointment? Can’t I just stop by with my computer?

Appointments are required for all drop offs and pickups for two reasons: first, since I also provide onsite service to clients I am sometimes out of the office doing onsite work during business hours. Second, in order to maintain a high quality and speed of service I need to be able to control the amount of business that comes through the door so that I am not overwhelmed.
